How does a partnering event work?
1. Registration | 15 December 2020 - 24 March 2021
To register to the Digital Session, click on the "Register Now" button in the upper right corner.
2. Set up a profile
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be visible even after the event.
EXHIBITORS can be very specific about their OFFER completing the field PRODUCT, including photos, whereas BUYERS should use the field REQUEST to specify what they are looking for.
3. Request meetings | 15 February - 24 March 2021
Be active, not reactive. Browse published PARTICIPANTS profiles, using the filter options (countries, business field etc.) and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event.
In the MARKET PLACE section participants can browse offers or requests and filter for specific products or company profile.
Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
You can book meeting AND also receive meeting requests from other interested participants: remember to confirm the meetings you are interested in otherwise they will be cancelled within some days.
Agenda
Your personal agenda is always updated and available for download from your profile page: you can print the pdf version and you can also link it to your custom calendar so you will receive alerts when appointments are scheduled.
